Scenic Rim Council Grants are Open!
SRRC Community Grants
The Minor (up to $5k) and Major Community Grants (up to $20k) are now open. These close at 5pm on the 15th August.
An important change is that the guidelines now state that you need at least 10% contribution of the requested grant amount which could include co-funding from other funding bodies, sponsorship, and organisational contributions or in-kind contributions.
It is also imperative that if you are on Council land you complete page five of the attached document and do this ASAP as this could hold up your application or even mean that it becomes unsuccessful. Guidelines and the application form are here…

Grant Workshops
If you wish to get some support on using the Smartygrants portal, tips and tricks on grants or want to discuss your projects.
The Community Grants team and a Biodiversity Officer for the Environmental Grants will be doing some face to face and online workshops on the following.
