As a precursor to our AGM & Members Meeting, we are emailing the following information to members.

  • Minutes from last year’s Annual General Meeting held at Boonah Golf Club 23rd September 2020.

  • Nomination form for the Executive Committee.

  • The audited financial report will either be e-mailed prior to the AGM or will be tabled at the meeting.

  • All positions will be declared vacant at the AGM.

The current Management Committee would like to encourage additional Chamber Members to nominate for Executive positions. If you are interested in supporting local business and the community, please fill out a Nomination Form and submit to the secretary by the 8th September 2021.

Membership must be current to enable you to nominate.


If you do not nominate for an Executive Role, you will not be nominated – please do not stay away because you do not want to be on the management committee. Your attendance at the AGM will be greatly appreciated.


The invitation and the agenda will be forwarded closer to the event.
