to attend our Health Industry & Business Breakfast.

Right now, we need your help to assess and understand the specific, primary health care needs in your local community.
Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN is working to identify the health priorities in our region so we can plan the way forward.
The community consultation will include 29 events in 13 towns throughout the Darling Downs and West Moreton region.
