Our goal is to enable people to enhance their lifestyles with regular, enjoyable physical activity and exercise – assisting members to reach their potential, contribute positively to their wellbeing as well as have a lot of fun while doing so!

Boonah’s premier fitness centre is being independently run by a team of local people.
