Gelita Australia is the only gelatine manufacturer in ANZ. Located between Boonah and Beaudesert, the company is part of Gelita Global which has 21 manufacturing sites.

Kooroomba has been created as a unique tourist destination, nestled in the Fassifern Valley at Mt Alford near Boonah, about 60 minutes from Brisbane and 1hr 30 mins from the Gold Coast.

The property consists of a cellar door, restaurant and lavender shop overlooking a six hectare vineyard and breathtaking lavender fields, with magnificent views of the Scenic Rim mountains.
